Henry and Ryan are very knowledgeable about their job. Each of them took the time to explain what would occur during the service and both answered all of my questions. I'm showing the before pic and the one after the first cleaning. They explained why I need a second cleaning and I have already scheduled it. The price is "right" also. Very professional young men.

Started using Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning 2 years ago and I've used them ever since. what should that tell you? They know what they're doing! I usually meet with Dan or Jason every few months for the routine cleaning. I have bad allergies to dust and pollen so having a breathable atmosphere is a MUST for me. I'm happy I found a company who is consistently good.

Went with Nature's Own based on a recommendation from a buddy of mine. They were highly efficient and communicative on and off the job. Such consistency!

Chimney cleaning machines without the unprofessionlism and uncontrollable mess! Very grateful that I was able to find this business. They were well mannered and highly experienced. My grandfather was a chimney cleaner and these guys technique and skill set remind me of him.

Very dissapointed. Purchased a groupon for the chimney cleaning service. When I called to book an apt the person basically told me I wasn't going to get treated like a normal customer because I used groupon and booked me over a month out. (if your not going to treat groupon customers like normal customers, as we could turn into repeat customers, don't use groupon). But I go ahead and make an apt wait patiently for over a month (almost 2 months) for my scheduled day. I take off work as they told me they would come between 8am-11am. Never came out to my house or even called...

Their chimney inspecting/cleaning specialists are very knowledgeable, polite and well trained. Sam was our technician.
