BEWARE!!! I went to the National Laser Institute Medical Spa on 12/22/11 for Dysport injections. I went in for the frown lines between my brows. The most basic of all injection procedures. This is what the product was designed for. The injector, Claudette Fresquez, said I should get my forehead done too and if I did not I would have lines in it. Now almost 3 weeks later I still have the FROWN LINES between my brows and HOODED BROWS!! I look worse then I ever have in my life. She did not have a clear understanding of my facial anatomy or the product she was using. The medical spa has not even offered any solution but to go see a doctor. Here I sit with HOODED BROWS and FROWN LINES from Claudette Fresquez. I have to go to client meetings and everywhere looking like this. This place is the most uncompassionate spa I have ever been to. At the very least, I will be filing a complaint with the state medical board against them.
