I would give this place zero stars if I could.



A friend and I both bought vouchers from Living Social, my friend used hers before me because this place is impossible to schedule an appointment at. They are closed at all the times I am available, I also put off my appointment because my friend said that they were rude, and did a terrible job with her Brazilian -- I was not in a hurry to get a terrible Brazilian. I tried to return my voucher, but Living Social wouldn't let me so I scheduled an appointment on a wednesday -- the same day my voucher expired. They had me do TONS of paperwork online beforehand. Really time consuming and inconvenient. I was completely annoyed by the amount of online crap they made me do before I could show up.



A couple hours before my appointment, I had a work emergency and could not make it so I called and left a message. I basically told them to pretend I showed up and just cash in my voucher, I'll lose the $29 but I didn't care at that point. I just wanted to be rid of the hassle. Honestly, why couldn't they just pretend I came to the appointment and cash in my voucher? I was never going to use it and at that point I didn't care. Well, they charged my debit card (I had to enter my credit card info before I could make the appointment) $25 for cancelling the appointment instead of just taking my voucher. I called them and left a message asking for a call back, and instead of a phone call I got a rude form-email telling me that I would not get my $25 or my voucher refunded because I cancelled. I emailed them, then called them and left a message letting them know that I was furious about what they'd done, but they obviously do not care because I did not get a response or a refund. I'm not out $54 for NOTHING. I RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR MY $54. Not even an apology.



This place is horrible. Just rude, unprofessional thieves who only get clients through coupon sites because they clearly do not know how to create repeat clients.
