Bought a 2001 Corolla from Mr. James here. The vehicle was fine, but the professionalism left a lot to be desired. Mr. James conveniently disappeared before we completed the sale. Then I had to wait for the plates, which I was told would be mailed to me. Called back over a month later after not receiving the plates, only to be told by the office that the plates were there, but Mr. James said he's not mailing them. Subsequently called Mr. James on his phone, and he was very rude about not mailing the plates, even after I explained to him that picking them up wasn't a problem (even though I live pretty far away). The problem was that no-one contacted me to let me know that the arrangement had changed. Mr. James even hung up on me mid-sentence. Lost 3-stars for this experience, and I'm being generous.
