Kind of like a factory dental practice. You can't get a cleaning and a check up on the same day, they try to require you to get an orthodontal check up as well (I had braces years ago-I'm good, thanks), and they charge you when you need to get your x-rays transferred over to another practice. On top of that, my X-Rays weren't clear, so I had to get new ones made anyway. They will only refer you to their monarch surgeons for wisdom teeth extractions who do not have any convenient appointment dates or locations. So glad that I switched.
