Tonight I was in your restaurant for the first time. I was treated badly by the bartender. He messed up the order as well as performed in a discourteous manor. One of the things he did was to hand me an inch of napkins when I asked for 2. I asked for two because he did not give me any with my drinks. I took two. Because of the distance between me and the napkin container I tossed the rest back. The napkins caught the air and went in a few directions behind the bar. A minute later the manager Alex, showed up with a security asking how many times I have been here throwing napkins in the bartenders face. I explained I did not do that. Alex then says he has witnesses to that fact. In short the bartender lied and Alex lied. Alex did not have time to ask anyone, anything; he showed up being argumentative and confrontational. My guest and I were asked to leave with a security escort. We did so. When I got home I called the restaurant to get names (Alex is the manager and Chris is the bartender). Alex answered the main number, 469-533-5663 "what's up". I explained I must have miss-dialed. Alex explains he thought it was a personal call. When I told him who I am he gave me the names I requested then hung up on me. I explained to my date I would be calling the general manager as well as the corporate number as I am sure they are not aware this restaurant is being run this way. Also if I owned this business I would want to know.

This was the most amazing food we have had in dallas. I will come back every time I come to Dallas. The high end steak house that we dined in the night before really should take cooking lessons from these chefs. I am still raving about how delicious and authentic this meal was. A must !!
