We had an incredible experience with Metroplex Homebuyers.We needed to sell a property very quickly (in an "as-is" state) and they were helpful, quick to answer questions and explain every step of the process, as well as kind during every interaction. I couldn't recommend them more for a GREAT overall experience, fair offer and wonderful team.
It's hard to find people you can trust when needing to sell a property quickly in an "as-is" state and they were top notch!

They were completely transparent, responsive, and followed through with all communication. All documentation was complete and thorough. They did what they said they said they would do and it was done timely. They were accommodating to a last minute adjustment to the closing date. It was a seamless experience. My family was devastated when we lost my husband suddenly. I found myself in the position of having to quickly sell my house. The house had a bad foundation and many other problems that I could not afford to repair. I did my due diligence and contacted several investors to obtain the best offer. Justin came out and I connected with him right away. He and his whole team were patient with me through the entire process and even sent a notary out to my house to sign the paperwork. The COVID-19 crisis caused delays in the closing and I was worried that Metroplex Homebuyers might back out of the deal due to all the uncertainly but they did not. The other companies I considered were shady from the beginning and two of them never even showed up for our appointment. I can only imagine the trouble I avoided by deciding to work with Metroplex Homebuyers. We were in such a quandary. My sister was in a nursing home, her husband had died and her house was in the process of foreclosure. We didn’t have the money to repair it, and a real estate agent we consulted with suggested we contact an investor/rehabber. We really lucked out when we met Brandon Franklin of Metroplex Homebuyers. He assessed the situation and made a fair cash offer, with the closing date only 30 days away. What a relief! But Brandon went above and beyond the basic transaction. About a week before closing, we got a notice from the city that, due to the high grass in the yard, they were going to place a lien on the house. This would have stopped the sale in its tracks. The house was in Texas, and I’m in Florida. What to do? I called Brandon and, the very next day, he had the lawn mowed! Crisis averted! On the day of closing, I was able to sign the papers in Florida, thanks to a mobile notary Brandon and his title company arranged. The whole transaction was smooth and easy. I can’t say enough about Brandon and Metroplex Homebuyers, except to recommend that, if you’re in a situation where selling your house quickly for a fair cash price is critical for you, go with Metroplex Homebuyers!
