Provided by YP.comMy family has moved several times in the past 2.5 years, and we have used Metro Moving Company for every move. Marco and his staff are friendly, professional, fast, and they do a great job. The movers are always courteous and helpful, and the front office has always helped to make sure that the move is scheduled on the date that we request, even if we have not provide a lot of advance notice. I used Metro Moving when I moved from my apartment to my new home. I was a little overwhelmed, and I was still packing when they arrived. They were moving my things so quickly, I thought they would be finished before I was. Fortunately, that didn't happen, and when we arrived at my new home, they placed everything exactly where I wanted it. This was no small fete, because I hold on to everything, and they had to move me from a 2nd floor apartment to the 2nd floor in my new home. They were as friendly when they finished the job as when they started, and they made everything easier for me. I truly appreciate all they did.

I will continue to use them for my moving needs and would recommend the to anyone. Thank you Marco and your moving staff for providing good service.

Provided by YP.comMoved Downtown a week ago and hired metro moving with one days notice...It was fabulous, and I don't say that about movers. The scheduling person was completely on top of her game, the movers showed up on time and moved everything with great care. Highly recommend.

Provided by YPmobileThey were 2.5 hrs late and stsrted telling us how we wouldn't pay. TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNERS!!!
Number one: When you called our office you needed to move in the morning we told you we were booked and you said no that you really needed to move early in the day i told you that the only opening we have was between 5 to 7 arrival time and you said no. number two: The next hour you called back and said that it was ok an that you had the whole day to move so you booked the move between 5 to 7 arrival time. knowing that you needed to move in the morning I asked you twice are you sure sir and you said yes I'am. number three: The date of the move (07-20-2013) saturday our driver called you at 4:00 to let you know we were still working on our second move and that we were going to arrive at your move at 7:30 you said fine no problem then at 5:30 i called myself to check and see if the movers called you already, you said yes they called and you said:they told me they were going to be here at 7:30 but that it was ok, then i told you that i was sorry for the delay and you said is fine no problem. number four: Remember the opening was between 5:00 to 7:00 arrival time so this means that we were not 2.5 hrs late we were 30 minutes late since our window arrival time is from 5:00 to 7:00 so the real problem was not the arrival time was it? number five: I'am willing to show your contract to anybody that ask for it, a contract with time and dates and signed by you. We have a pristine reputation and no one will come and trash it just like you are trying to do here! We have move customers for free when we are at fault and we can prove it! clearly this is not the case.

Provided by YPmobileI hired Metro moving company to move me to the Valley Ranch area. This is my second time I actually hire them and I am very pleased and happy with there service. They always arrive at the time set. The movers are respectful and helpful. They focused on making my move as easy as possible. I am happy customer and I am sure the next time I move they will be hired!!!

Provided by YP.comWould recommend Metro Moving to all of my friends. I have moved almost every year for the past 8 years and Metro Moving is the only company I have used twice. They are on time, courteous, and fast! All of my items were handled with respect and nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to using them again!

Provided by YP.comA LIFE SAVER. After contracting with another mover who had equipment problems without a plan B I called Metro..spoke to Marco. It was Friday morning and the first/last week end of the month. Marco and his team jumped right in calling in extra drivers and crew members.
They showed up with in two hours and completed the move very professionally and at very reasonable prices.The Crew was efficient fast careful and polite.
THESE GUYS SAVED THE DAY FOR ME.
