I HAVE TO SAY I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED CLOSER BEFORE MOVING IN, THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET! THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE, AND THERE'S NEVER ANYONE IN THE OFFICE. WHEN YOU DO GET SOMEONE, TO REPSONED NOTHING IS EVERY DONE... WHO CAN YOU REPORT THEM TO?

A total scam, they will promise the moon and the stars just to get you in, and then all hell brakes loose.

I have been living there for 3 months and I still have not moved in half of my furniture in because I was promised to

get a better unit closer to manager's office. We'll it turned out they had leased it to someone else and was not

informed about this, I had to call management and the manager did not know what excuse or what to say to me.

No hot water for the first two months, my toilet is still not working even though maintance tried to fix it FOUR

times, very loud tenant across from me, never sleeps always having late night visitors litering the halls and parking

lot. I have never experience such a unprofessionalism in my life. The said thing about it is that they don't even try

to make things better for me or family, no kind of break or anything. I'm so mad with this poor service management.

I'm about to just call 311 and report this. "This is no way to treat a tenant."
