Several months ago Medrano Roofing repaired a leak in my skylights, I called them again when I needed roof replacement as a result of hail damage and I needed fence repair, they completed the job to our complete satisfaction, I highly recommend Mr. William Medrano and his crew, they delivered an excellent and professional job at a very reasonable price, he delivers what he promises and he is always punctual, his word is his bond.

We had moved out of our Richardson house when we got hit by the first round of hail. By the time I got a repair report from my insurance adjuster, we were already on our way moving to Austin. The potential buyer of our house and their realtor said they preferred to have the roof replaced by Medrano, we agreed. They got to work right away, and completed the work very quickly. Their pricing is better than reasonable. William was the one I contacted regarding payment process and submitting insurance paperwork. Since I am over 200 miles away, and most of stuff are packed and put away in storage, I have no idea where my check book is. I requested to pay via Chase QuickPay, not knowing there is a $2000 daily limit. William was kind enough to let me pay off the invoice over several days by sending him $2000 a day. I can't thank them enough for being so kind and willing to work with me. Definitely recommend!

Medrano roofing is the way to go! They were very professional and did an amazing job on our roof and custom fit gutters all in a reasonable price.

My wife informs me that Mr. Medrano not only was very professional but he backed up his work in the roof. He did an exceptional job and even helped me save some money in repairs . Knowing I was far away he took time to explain my wife and I what was needed to be repaired . He also went the extra mile by taking pictures of the repairs (Before & after) so I knew exactly what needed to be done. On top of that he worked with us on the payments. Very Reliable Service. I've used William Medrano for several different projects around the house,including repair of my wood fence and gates, covering of my gutters, installation of air vent turbines on my roof and even replacement of the drywall when our kitchen was being remodeled. He is very responsive, reasonably priced and performs good quality work. And unlike a lot of maintenance guys, he quotes prices upfront and sticks to them. Nor does he ask for payment upfront and he's always completed all my projects on the same day without delay. I would highly recommend his services if you are in need of a reliable handyman.

Mr. Medrano has a passion for the work that he does and it shows overwhelmingly in the quality of his work. He has just completed replacing the front facing section of my fence and he did an awesome job. He even corrected a major deficiency in how the front gate was previously placed that is so much sturdier and easier to open. I am thoroughly impressed with his work. The icing on the cake is that he quoted a price half of the lowest i'd previously received for the same work ... now thats my kind of christmas present!
