We are monitoring all local, state and federal regulations to provide customers with contactless ordering options. While some restaurants may have dining rooms open, others are serving customers through the Drive Thru, with Mobile Order & Pay on the McDonald's App, and with McDelivery®. McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Do not stop and go inside, you will be taking a big risk on getting illegal towed. United Towing Company have a fat guy that wear glasses that sits inside McDonald's all day. He picks a car that he feels like been sitting too long and call tow truck that's sitting around the corner to come tow it. Don't bother speaking to manager cause he told me that he didn't have any thing to do with it. Make me wonder if corporate knows about this illegal operation. Well mine was towed while me and my family was sitting there eating.

Do not eat there. In the mornings on the way to work , I would stop and order a sausage McMuffin without cheese and 2 strawberry jellies. The first time the English muffin was burned and was so tough that after it cooled off a little, it was to tough eat it. So I started asking them to be sure and not let the bun get to brown. The reply from the cashier was that not only are they to brown, they were outright burned. I know that they were burned, yet I was trying to be nice about it. So after that I ordered them the way I wanted and it was pretty good for awhile. Then this morning, my order was 2 sausage McMuffins with no cheese and 2 strawberry jellies for each. I share with a friend at work. First of all, they made me pull over and wait for my order (the first) and it would be right out. When I finally got to where I could eat, both of them were burned and there was cheese on both. I am lactose intolerant and jelly and cheese just does not sound good to me. I specifically ordered" please do not burn the bread, no cheese on either of them and 4 strawberry jellies". It was to late by the time I found out that it was wrong, to go back because I was already at work. This is not acceptable. I eat there about 3-4 times a week, you would think that they would know who I am. After this review, I plan on calling the manager and complain some more. I know that it is not that big of a deal, yet when I order something and spending my money on it. I expect the order to be right. I know that they probably only make minimum wage, but that is not my fault. I have heard rumors of McDonald's employees trying to get a better wages, yet if they can not do a good job now, they will still not being their job right and get paid for it. I expect some feedback on this. I have spent to much money in that place, for them to ignore this complaint, especially when one of their very own employees agreed with me about the muffins being burned. My name is Natalie Warren (home)214-506-4123 or cell (463-223-2429). I am going to try this McDonalds one more time and if I have problems (like the ones I described), I will start stopping at another one. I pass several of them on my way into downtown. I would be still be using the one at Parkland because it was in walking distance from my office in Zale Lipshy hospital. My e-mail address is nataliejwarren22@yahoo.com
