These guys are just parts changers. Charged me 3 hrs labor the change a starter. Oh and if you have no other places to go make damn sure you pay with a newer style comcheck if that's the method you choose or you'll be there an additional 2 hrs changing it to a new one because there bank sucks and are not smart enough to figure it out. Plus they have a 30% markup on parts. Greedy !!!!! The tow truck driver was cool though.

They had my truck for 2 days. They called and said it was fixed. My hubby went to pick it up and the truck wouldn't start which was the initial problem that it was taken in for. I'm a little unsure of what they think they fixed but clearly they fixed nothing. After paying $420 and then realizing the truck wouldn't start, my hubby went back in to discuss this with the owner. My husband questioned what was fixed as the truck does not start and the owner got very upset that his work was questioned and said that he will refund the money and remove the part that they put on. The owner was very rude and upset. My husband is the only person who should've been upset because as a truck owner, when the truck is down money is not made. Needless to say we will not return here. Thank goodness we found Jorge who works on diesel trucks in Dallas and he will come to you.

Very poor ethics and will take advantage of truck driver and lie to driver to get a very inflated payment. Sent out repair guy that barely spoke English.



Was told to contact dispatch to approve payment amount. They Pretended to call and then told driver that they did and that dispatch just told them to get the drivers credit card.



$85 service fee and $85 per hour was the quote.



They came out spent 15 minutes to change tire and did not even put the right amount of air in it and then charged $85 service fee for coming out and then 2 hours labor.



The driver had nothing to do with the quote and was told dispatch had approved him paying it.

i would pay a legimate claim, i am not paying a claim on a 35 year old dune buggies.

They were already damaged when picked up. Customer is trying to scam me.

These guys should not even work

DO NOT DO NOT USE these guys! Sent a yahoo at midnight to tow our RV. He clearly didn't know what he was doing. He brought a hook tow truck to tow an RV. Couldn't jack the RV up high enough to tow without the back end DRAGGING! he took off the front tires to see if that would help. Even DROPPED the RV off the hook once. After 3 hours of jacking around, he said he had to go back (25 miles) to get a flat bed tow truck. REALLY?!?! shouldn't you have brought that in the beginning? We waited until 6 a.m. HE NEVER CAME BACK!!

I was broke down in Dallas for a few days while Massey repaired my truck. Exceptional customer service. The owner took me to lunch daily. Arranged for me to have a ride anywhere at anytime. He even worked with me on the cost of repairs since it was right before Christmas. The work performed on my truck was very much to my satisfaction and he even made a few minor adjustments that I was not charged for. I would highly recommend Massey to any truck professional.

They talk a real good game over the phone. They will tell you that they'll send their wrecker and they'll quote you a cost that is a least $100 more than the actual wrecker service costs. They'll take you to a hotel that gives them a rate of $40 a night. They'll try to charge you $50. They ended up charging me $778 to fix a bracket on my cabover, didn't fix it right. Then when it was pointed out, the owner tried to put me off the property. Very rude people. Go somewhere else.

What a rip off! $439.05 for a $10.00 fuel filter. The employees are not prepared for the job, and charged me for going back for the right equiptment. Nine mile trip and charged 48 miles for the idiot to go back and get the right tools etc. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I turned them into the BBB.
