Mr Jacobs is amazing and so is his staff. They are hands on. Sandra is the lady that helps me with my case and she does a wonderful job.

Mark Jacobs is an outstanding lawyer! He won my case with immigration when i was pending deportation. He has helped our whole family. Unlike most immigration crooks, Marc charged all us a flat fee. i have referred him a lot of my friends and they are all happy.

I called and asked if Attorney Mark E Jacobs gave free consultations and was told yes, When he answered he seemed pissed off that I called. When I asked him a question regarding my boyfriend's immigration case, he only said " There's really nothing he of you can do." I didn't expect him to say he would fix everything and that there was something we could do; but he could have been a little nicer about it or at least explained why not. He shouldn't give free consultations if it's going to be bad service. I work in customer service and I know a smile can be heard over the phone. I didn't ask for free service, but I did expect at least courtesy.
