I purchased a groupon for a move out cleaning & scheduled them for 9-11am Monday. On Friday, I found out my boyfriend would have to work Monday and wouldn't be available to let the cleaner in. I reached out to the company by phone (both phone numbers on their website were disconnected) then by email. Carron emailed me back saying the number had changed & she'd call me to confirm dates. I didn't hear back Saturday, so I called the new number & left a message, then emailed her to let her know I tried reaching out & still expected to hear back from her. Since nothing had been changed, I took a day off work so I could be there to meet the cleaner at the regularly scheduled time Monday. Come Monday, there was still no communication (except for the reminders that my cleaning was that morning). I called & left a message, then emailed again -still no response. I called a total of 7 times in a 2 hour period & still didn't receive a response. I've never experienced such a poor customer service.
