Horrible customer service

I would not recommend this place at all. They tell you thirty minutes for the wait but its actually an hour. Then once your sitting in the pedicure chair they make you wait another thirty minutes before getting to you. Then while they were in the middle of painting my kids nails they stopped to help someone who had just walked in to wax their face. Very unprofessional!

I will never attend this venue again. I went to have my crack nail replaced, after telling the tech I wanted a new nail she decided to do what she wanted and repair the crack nail also using a darker pink from the rest of my solar nails. I let it go and handed her my debt card to pay but she wanted cash after searching my purse for cash I told her to let me check my car she grab my wallet and said she will hold until I return. "Not for $5 bucks you won't!" I told them I was very offended and will not return there only apology was they "we don't think like that." And to add to it they charged my debt card an extra fee for not paying in cash. As a black woman I'm tired of other races prejuding me/us or thinking we are deceitful, broke, and thieves. It's sad to say but this is exactly why I don't go to certain areas for services because this is how business owner view and treat us not knowing your social or economic status
