Should be ZERO stars (required to put 1 although not deserved) not because it isn't a cool store with really cool stuff because it is and it does but zero stars for their horrible customer service and how they mistreat and lie to their customers. If you see it, like it and want it then you best better BUY IT because despite their verbal agreement to "hold it 24 hours" or their offer to put it on a 90 day lay-a-way they will literally sell it out from under you and LIE ABOUT IT! The woman at the front desk not only didn't do what she said she would do she LIED about it! This experience will cost them my business and I am in customer service and will use them as an example of how NOT to do business EVERY time I get a chance!
