I will never go to this dealership again! The price that was on the internet was not the price I bought my car for. It was priced at 22,900 and I ended up paying 25,395. They said they charge $2495.00 for servicing the vehicle and to make it sell-able...This was all a lie...My car had broken upper and lower control arms and also the steering racket. The brakes needed to be switched out as well. I talked to Dennis the used car manager...and that's exactly what he is...a used car sales manager. He doesn't care about us as the customer. He will look you right in the face and lie to you. I had to take my car 3 separate times to get fixed...first was to stop the knocking on my front end...I got it back after 10 days of no car, no call or anything. I had to reach out to them and then they finally told me my service adviser was no longer there. I drove off the service department lot and still heard the knocking noise but Fred the mechanic and Mike the service manager assured me it had been fixed...It wasn't...I took it back to the dealership that next Monday and they found out that it was the lower and upper control arm was still knocking...so they took my car again for another 5 days and said it was finally done...I picked it up and starting driving it and no alignment had been done but I said screw it I will go to my own mechanic shop to get the alignment fixed...while doing the alignment at my shop we noticed the steering racket had a leak when doing the alignment. I called them extremely furious because the control arms they replaced is right next to the steering racket and a real mechanic would of noticed it...This place is extremely sketchy and I will never use them again or referring them to this dealership. Joe the GM is a piece of work...Sketchiest person I have ever meet along with Dennis from used car. If I were you keep looking elsewhere unless you like being bent over!
