Provided by SuperpagesI have been at Lotus Yoga for two years. There some amazing teachers. I almost always go to restorative yoga Tuesday, Thursday at 9:30 & Saterday at 8 am. Michele is a skilled yoga teacher. I walk out being more compassionate than at the beginning of her classes. She knows how to improve your life. These last two years at Lotus have been my happiest that I have ever had.
