Stale Grease & Taste

I have resolved not to eat at this location again ever.

The last 3 times I've eaten here should have convinced me to go elsewhere for chicken and fish. The orders have been wrong more than once. I've been patient and tried to understand.

I've suggested the Manager needs to check the quality of the food. They could learn a lesson from McDonald's as to French Fries.

The corn is always pretty good and the cole slaw is tasty, but everything else I've ordered has been pretty bad over the last 3 years so I had quit going there often.

Again today of what I ordered ,the fried fish was stale & the grease had a stale taste. The hush puppies had been re-fried and were hard. The French Fries were limp and stale tasting. The chicken strips were edible but also had a stale taste.

I called the Manager and he offered to give me a free meal but I refused. I think the headquarters should know how the quality has dropped at this location in particular.
