I live at LSG Lofts and the management is horrid, the rent and parking prices keep changing, and no one will fix the things that are messed up in the loft. This place is horrible, if this is your last resort, then move on in. If you want to pay your rent on time and live comfortably with out being hassled or bothered...this is not the place for you. Every day there are notes on the doors, there is still loud construction going on, and even if you've told management no one is to come into your loft if no one is here, they will still come in. I don't think they understand that just because you live on a lower income, they can't treat you like you are ignorant by signing multiple leases, multiple parking passes, multiple documents and paperwork that has been filled out or marked incorrectly by management. No one is able to be reached outside of the management here to complain, how convenient. Also if it is not clear in the above statements, the office is very shady on how they "fix" your files and paperwork. You may have signed one or four applications, leases, and other documents... they decide which ones will be used... not the most recent one, which should be valid. If you don't agree which is actually the LEGAL way, they will put eviction notices on the door asking you to vacate in 5 days. Absolute joke! They picked the right manager because she obviously can sleep well at night working for a disgusting place they call Lone Star Gas Lofts. NO i would not recommend anyone to move here. NO i will not be staying here once my lease is up. By the way, don't let them fool you with all the amenities, they are cheaply built just as the things in the lofts which are already breaking down...this includes the windows which leak water when it rains, the freezer "ice maker" stopping when it wants, the toilet handles breaking, oh there is so much more in store for whoever plans to move in here. It is really unfortunate, as a woman trying to get by on disability and facing MG and treatments I thought this place was going to save me and give me some comfort in having my own place again. Just the opposite! I was told I would have a handicapped accessible loft, which was given to someone else by "accident" so now I have a normal loft where all the counters are normal height as well as the peephole. It has turned out to be more expensive than originally priced, and even the lower rent and parking does not make up for the hassle. Please do not move here until management or ownership has changed or unless this is your absolute last resort for living quarters!
