This place is very unprofessional!!! I went and put a deposit down on a Saturday and decided to go with something else after looking around. When I returned on Monday to cancel the lady who works there was VERY VERY RUDE!! To be a buisness women I would have never gotten out of character! She was talking over me the entire time and not letting me explain to her why I was wanting to cancel. Then she begins to argue with my mother!!!! I was so disgusted with the way she acted. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

This shop is AMAZING! This place is definitely worth your time! It is not like your typical uppity bridal boutique. They are professional in how they deal with each customer but also very helpful and real with you! You get to look at the dresses yourself and they help you look through catalogs to order one as well! And SERIOUSLY!!!! They will work with any budget you have for your dream dress!! They did whatever they could for me the get the best deal on the dress I adored more than any other dress! They also are doing alterations for free and free ironing this June!! This place is not in the best places in town but it's way worth your time and money to go in and talk to the team there! They care about you and what you want! They aren't just trying to sell you a dress, they care about every aspect of the situation!! Thank you Lizcano Bridal Shop! I will forever tell everyone about you! Oh also! There are people traveling far to come to this place because of how great they are! Thanks!

I have taken the time to read the other 2 reviews and can tell you that we never experienced anything like that at all. The owner called us directly on more than one occasion to set up a time for us to come in as we live over an hour away and never once was it a wasted trip. Great down to earth people here and I just have to say there are other websites saying be prepared to speak spanish but as a white guy who can't speak spanish I had no problem communicating with everyone here.

I took my wedding gown here upon advice of some others in town. They are nice enough people. However, the seamstress hardly looked at me or took what I wanted seriously. She took 4 INCHES! too much from the shoulders and her stitches on other alterations looked like a 6 year old just learning to sew. They never answer their phone and won't provide a refund. Just awful work. AWFUL! And they suggested using VELCRO on the bottom of my dress so that we could remove it at the reception. VELCRO! who wants VELCRO in their wedding gown. Don't go here if you want care given to your gown.

I strongly urge you NOT to go to Lizcanos Bridal! I was appalled with what I seen and experienced during my visit. The customer service was an absolute disgrace to the industry! Upon entrance, you are not greeted nor acknowledged until you begin to file complaints. There is a complete lack of professionalism in this shop. The employees look annoyed when you ask for assistance to which their excuse was that we didn?t set an appointment. **Note: I called on several occasions and per the manager they do NOT set or accept appointments. The manager/owner is as clueless as the employees she hires. The seamstress is never there to have alterations made & the gentleman that does the measurements for tuxedos is just as bad. How is this place still running? I know that its through their false promises and avoidance of taking responsibility of their faults that poor unsuspecting customers still walk through their doors.
