Their service was exceptionally well, Good Customer service and reasonable Prices. Answered all my questions and I am very satisfied with the work they did.

From the initial call, to a week after installation, communication had been ongoing, friendly, and professional. I was readily provided a quote for a new HVAC system the same evening I called. Next day, Gustavo followed up by calling me and asking me if I had any additional questions or concerns. He never pressured me into anything; he just wanted to make sure I had all the necessary information for such an investment. I waited a few more days to make my decision. He promptly replied to all my text messages in the meantime. Once we set the date for the installation, he accommodated the day I wanted the job to be done. On the day of installation, Gustavo's crew was punctual and they were very polite and professional throughout the installation process. They answered all my questions once the installation was done. I was guided through the final check up to see that everything was working properly. I was a bit anxious of replacing an old, but working HVAC system. But after a few days of using my new system, I was so glad that I found Lexany's to do the job because the system runs wonderfully. I was contacted several times after installation to check up on me and to see how the system was running. Everything perfect so far, and I know it will remain like that. Lexany's bring customer service to a whole different level. I have never had a company so concerned about my investment as Lexany's. I know they care about their clients and that they offer quality workmanship and awesome customer service at a great price. I only wish I had found Lexany's earlier. I highly recommend Lexany's Heating & AC. Thanks Gustavo for everything!

Poor don't answer the phone. Out of business.

Lexany's heating and a/c did an outstanding job replacing my heater on a very short notice, really hard working men will definitely use them again!
