DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I moved in January 2014 and have had nothing but problems since. I have to have my apartment exterminated monthly, sometimes more, and it still does not eliminate the problem. SO MANY ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!! It's disgusting. Big ones, small ones, all the time. They try to soften the blow by saying it's water bugs, but I don't care, it's still a roach and I do not want them in my apartment!! I keep it very clean in here, do not open my windows, I have NO idea where they are coming from!! I had a huge bug in my apartment that I wanted them to remove and give to the exterminator to try to figure out what it is and how to eliminate the problem. First they said they would do it over the phone. When I returned from work to the bug still in my bedroom their response was "Oh, just leave it for the exterminator.".... REALLY? Leave it for multiple days for the exterminator that will probably come while I am at work so I can't talk to him about the situation? The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. The dumpsters are always overflowing. The washers and dryers are always broken. Also maintenance is terrible. You will report something and no one will fix it until weeks later when you have called multiple times to follow up. They recently got new management and it has actually gotten worse. Please do yourself a favor and do not move here!!!!!
