I saw Dr Heffelfinger for (2) dental implants. At that time Legacy Dental was running a special - implant, abutment and crown for $2000. I was assured great odds -- Dr Heffelfinger even touted his spotless record -- he'd never had an implant fail. I had nothing to lose with a money back guarantee. The first implant failed I was disheartened but trusted we could make the second implant a success. I asked for my money back but instead was told that it would be applied to other cost from the successful implant. I was sent home to wait for my new crown to arrive. To my astonishment the 3 week turn around took more than 7 months. Eventually after heated exchange my crown arrived -- it arrived but it was molded wrong and didn't fit. I was informed by my new dentist that the other implant had failed too - it will be removed too. My teeth have shifted & I now need even more work to combat my top teeth falling because of the amount of time that has passed. AND NO MONEY WAS REFUNDED!
