This individual called me this morning and told me that she had already initiated a child support case with the attorney general's office. She was not interested in retaining an attorney. She wanted someone to walk her through the Attorney General's collection process. I told her that I could not give her free personal legal advise because I could be held liable for malpractice. She could have requested that the Attorney General's office explain their procedure to her. She was upset that I would not counsel her and hung up. She was never treated rudely by me or anyone else in this office.

Provided by YP.comMy family and I jokingly refer to this woman as a Bulldog. As the previous review stated, she is highly agressive when it comes to getting what you deserve, while still being mindful of your personal situation when it comes to financial matters. Our case had pretty much come to a standstill when Ellen took me on and she had it wrapped up in a matter of months! She refused to let me settle for less than I was due, refused to slow down, refused to back off and still maintained MORE than fair and lenient billing practices. The best of both worlds! I can't say enough good things about her - she is DEFINITELY the one you want at your table!

She knows what she is doing and takes you down the shortest, most direct route while being considerate of your pocketbook. I highly recommend Ellen for child custody battles.
