Do not rent from them you will regret it!!!!

I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO MOVE AT LA VITA!



I was like many people looking for an apartment and looking at reviews. I saw some similar to what I experienced living there and dealing with the apartment office staff (even though they change all the time, they must not train them correctly, the only one that has been there since I moved in was Cindy Garcia she was a leasing agent when I first moved in and was the property manage when I moved out)



I fell for the amenities and how nice they picture the place to be and how they are with you at first just to make you move in sign a lease and get stuck their until your lease is over. I don't care if the apartments were renovate they have a serious BAD case of ROACH problems, my problem was especially in the kitchen even though they "renovated apartments" and are always fumigating it does not stop roaches from coming out (very gross and annoying). I would never rent or refer anyone to LaVita apartments, they are so irresponsible in that office and have completely bad customer service for the residents primarily the manger Cindy Garcia. They lose your money orders, enter your rent late and then charge late fees because they feel like it and charge for no reason and do not give credit or return you the money for the mistake they've done, even after I had evidence that they had done mistakes they never acknowledge it. I told them to pull my lease and they could not find it, second I tried to deal with the Presidium Corporate office and they never made time to speak with me until I escalated the issue regarding my rent ledger (ALWAYS GET A COPY OF YOUR LEDGER TO MAKE SURE YOUR ACCOUNT IS CORRECT). Just completely bad experience from LaVita living there and dealing with the Apartment Office Staff. They are just nice when they want to be, and that's rarely because they have bad customer service skills. Also the Corporate Office was bad help, the only person that I spoke to continually because I could not get help from anyone else and was patient with me but really couldn't do anything at ALL was a girl name Mayra(thank you Mayra for your good service, I know you couldn't do much to help me out.) Other than that every other person in staff were useless. I had to pay the balance I had because they were not helping me at all, they did not help me resolve my issue and I no longer could wait due to other circumstances, if not I would take it further. Its very unfair when they will not own up to their mistakes (when its right in their face) and help you resolve the problem just so they don't accept they are wrong. Very disappointed.



IF THEY ARE GOING TO RUN THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND APARTMENT ISSUES THEY NEED TO REDUCE THEIR RENT!!!!!! THEY OVER CHARGE FOR RENT WHEN YOU CAN GO AND GET YOU A BETTER PLACE AND AREA LIKE THE VILLAGE APARTMENTS DOWN THE STREET FOR THE SAME RENT AND SO MUCH MORE AMMENITIES. IS WHERE I LIVE NOW! PLUS MY UTILITIES THAT I PAY NOW AT MY CURRENT 2BEDROOM/2BATH APARTMENT ARE SO MUCH MORE LESS THAT WHAT I PAID AT LA VITA APARTMENT FOR A "STUDIO"!!!! THAT IS RIDICULOUS! IF I'M PAYING TO LIVE SOMEWHERE THAT I CALL HOME, I EXPECT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOME CONCERN WITH ISSUE AND WILLING TO WORK WITH THE RESIDENT. THEY CHANGE MANAGEMENTS ALL THE TIME, WHAT THEY NEED TO DO IS GET RID OF ALL THE STAFF ON THE COMPLEX AND START WITH NEW, TRAINED STAFF THAT WILL CHANGE THINGS AROUND. OTHER THAN THAT, THIS PLACE IS A PIECE OF CRAP!
