We ordered 8 yards of concrete to do half of a patio. The plan was to do the second half in a week or two.



They showed up 2 hours late. When they started pouring the driver was inattentive. He spent most of his time on his phone and we constantly had to get his attention to pour more concrete for us. This wouldn't be a big issue, but after an hour they charge you $2 for every minute they are there. Additionally, the driver dumped 3 entire wheelbarrows worth of concrete during out power. Again, not a big deal except we paid for that concrete and are not being refunded for the stuff the driver knocks over.



When all done, it took 70 additional minutes to empty the truck, so a charge a $140. Because they were late (we had to pay our employees for the time they sat around waiting on a truck), and their driver prolonged the process and dumped concrete we asked if they would be willing to waive the $140 fee.



I spoke directly to the owner of the company. I have never received worst customer service. He continued to cut me off. Was very rude the entire time. He refused to waive the $140 charge saying it wasn't his fault they took additional time to pour the concrete regardless of what time they arrived.



Ultimately, I advised the owner that we would be pouring the second half of our slab in the next week and that we would like to still do business but wanted the $140 waived for this transaction. If he would do so, we would order concrete from him again and if not we would take our business elsewhere.



He refused to work with us and said he was fine losing the business.



All in all this was a terrible experience. I will never do business with this company again. Be careful if you decide to use them and be very watchful b/c they are not an upright company.
