Rent is way too expensive for the poor apartment quality you get here. I had a leak in my apartment that took 4 times for maintenance to fix. Each time saying it was fixed yet days later water would start seeping through the ceiling again. Parking is a nightmare. If you don't have a reserved parking spot, you can expect to park very far away from your apartment. Vandalism and car break-ins is a HUGE problem here.. happened all the time. Also, I had to break my lease after 2 and a half years and two employees told me I would owe about $1,600, which I paid.. but a week after I moved out I received a bill for almost $500 more. This apartment complex will try to screw you at every turn.
