I've gone to Kuby's restaurant for years. Only recently did I try their wildgame processors for my most recent harvest. I had bratwursts, jalapeño sausage, summer sausage, sport sticks and chili made. All of this was done exceeding my expectations. I will caution that they do not vacuum seal, so this will need to be done within a reasonable amount of time after picking up your meat, but the flavors were excellent, the customer service was exceptional and the location was very convenient. Overall, I was very pleased.
