This was my first time using Koen. After dealing with an upscale Dallas company for several months trying to get my leaking shower fixed, I was referred to Koen by a friend. The shower faucet was installed wrong and the cartridge that had already been replaced three times by the previous company was no longer available. I did verify this fact. The only choice was to change a duel climate control faucet to a single control faucet. Koen did not haggle over prices, they were upfront with the estimate, did all the work themselves without me having to call in additional services for tile removal and replacement, and made it simple and easy after months of being brushed off. I found the team professional and informative, and I am loving my shower again. It is finally not leaking, and looks great. I will use them again in the future, and I will recommend them. Thank you Koen team. I am very pleased with your help in fixing a frustration problem.

I called out Koen Plumbing for a toilet issue, They tried to attempt to clear the line so they could run a camera down the line. They said they found roots in the line.. I tried to explain that my other toilet was good and had no problem.. I then got the excuse that the water was hard and affected the way the water goes down.. I was then charged 249.00 to try open the line and 150.00 for the camera and was then told that I need to replace my toilet.. They also wanted to charge me 2000.00 to dig up the pipe where the roots where to clean out.. I was offered a Financing Plan at a high rate.. I called the next day and was told they would send me my check back but they cashed it instead.. If you need a plumber, Run away from these rip off guys.

Koen Plumbing is our go to whenever we need a plumber. They are prompt, do great work, and the guys they send out are always really nice. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is the best. I would never call anyone else!

Rip Off. They show up on time, look at the work that needs to be done, then bring out a book that has pricing in it so you don't think they are upcharging if you live in a nice neighborhood. Unfortunately, they are the ones who have written the book. It is not a book compiled by a trade organization of standard charges, similar to the auto collision repair industry. In addition, they make the work they are going to do sound much more complicated than it really is. They also say they willl give you a free inspection of all your plumbing fixtures. They do that so when you see what little they do and what an outrageous price they do it for, you don't feel like you have been hosed (even though you have)! Oh, and when you complain after the work is done, because you saw how easy it was and how little time they actually spend on it, they tell you "you are paying for two professional plumbers to do the work". Really, they changed a hose on my diswasher. Stay clear of them.

Ripoff company. Charged me almost double what the competition charged. When I complained, they said they would send me a check for half the overcharge, but they never did.
