Been using King Architectural for some time. But got very disappointed when I ordered some materials, and when I called to ask why I haven't got it yet they just couldn't find my order, even though they have already charged my bank account for it. After several attempts to find out about my order they decided to blame it on FedEx saying that they lost my order. I end up losing my contract with a client because of them. Very, Very disappointed!

They don't refund your money for returns. Account credit only, and then after a 20% restocking fee on items over $50. Don't buy from them unless you're ABSOLUTELY SURE you're using what you buy.

Here at www.deciron.com Decorative iron, we have used Kings Metals for many years. They are wonderful people to work with, I would definitely recommend. They carry great materials that we use to fabricate our wrought iron products such as railings, balconies and more.

If you can order the materials at a different supplier I would recommend it. I think the sales team is a group of angry fairies. Apollo has better service and gate openers

King is King in my book when it comes to customer service...

I have enjoyed all my dealings with this company. They get 2 thumbs up in my book. I would give them a superior rating.
