The new ownership is pretty much worthless. I reported a missing item and two weeks later, nothing. I spoke to the owner and he said it was the first he'd heard of it. This despite three different conversations with the person working the counter over the two week period. I gave him the details and 48 hours to 'review the tapes', but when I went it this morning, he admitted he hadn't done anything. I asked him for a credit for the missing item or he would lose my business (customer over 6 years) and he said he was willing to lose me as a customer. Stay away from this place.
