very good Food and friendly staff

I've passed by Kay's everday and i would never go in. but one my room-mate and i went in for cat fish and steak. and man was that good. we eat out just about every week end and that's the place for us. and i would recommend this restaurant to anyone that's new to the Dallas/Forth worth area.
