SBB Management has been great. Karen has been my property manager for Waterford on the Park for 5 or so years. She is always responsive and follows thru on all requests.

Horrible company. Does not enforce code or policy. I have complained about our lawn care service over and over, no action! We as homeowners are getting ripped off. Very unprofessional in their replies, especially Nicole! Do not use this company! Many homeowners are looking to sell becuse the appearance of the subdivision in general is going down quickly.

I wanted to say thank you to Shelly. She is a great asset to have at SBB. She is very quick in her responses and I feel that although she is bound by the neighborhood rules, she actually cares about them. She is great. Thanks!!!

Our community manager, Brenda did a fantastic job at the association transition meeting with the residents. It was by far the most seamless, professionally run HOA transition meeting I've been a part of. Sincerely appreciate you, Brenda and our partnership with SBB.

Our Board thinks of SBB Management more as a partner than a vendor. We view our property manager as a 6th member of our Board due to their level of commitment to making our community a better place to live for our residents. SBB has been attentive to details, prompt in actions, flexible in approach and innovative in solutions. They come with our highest recommendation.

Our HOA has used SBB Management company since January of 2008. We could not be happier. They handle all request including but not limited to contractors, repairs and complaints from residents concerning community. The manager not on site works closely with the president and full board of directors.

I have found SBB to be receptive. Our community manager is diligent in helping us resolve property challenges.
