Provided by YPmobileI needed to exchange a handbag, which did not turn out to be exactly how I had imagined; however, the manager at this store was not only inconsiderate but also very cold/rude. She Had decided that she wasn't going to do the exchange. Therefore, I made the exchange at another store!!!
