I ordered a spray for my Mother's visitation at a funeral home on a Friday, on Monday at 1:00pm when the viewing commenced there were no flowers there from me. I waited about an hour before I called them and was told they were waiting on my roses to arrive, no apololgy, no explanation, nothing. Will never use them again
