Incompetent definition is not ...

Incompetent definition is not having the necessary skills to do something successfully. A word that describe John Eagle Collision Center in Dallas perfectly. I brought my vehicle there to be fixed after a auto collision and although they fixed the job it was a half bake job. It is easily recognizable the area where the collision occurred. The bumper and the hood of the vehicle looks like they were glue to the vehicle. But that was not the bad part. They forgot to rewired the passenger side view mirror so I had to return a second time to get that fixed. They also used the tire lug nut key but forgot to put it back in the place it belong and instead kept it for themselves. I had a flat tire and didn't have it to change out the tire and ended up having to call a tow to another dealership to get it fix. I had to go back to the collision center a third time to get it the tire lug nut key. Each time I have called up to tell them about the parts that was not working or the items that was missing and each time they had the nerve to blame it on me, accusing me of breaking the part or misplacing the item and wanting to get it fix or replace for free. It takes time and gas to drive out there each time and yet there is no apology from them at all. Absolutely horrible experience.

Proud Honda Accord Owner

Thanks for the picture. It's a good thing there's a beautiful car there to detract from the goofy looking man standing with it.

And thank you for what was without a doubt the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever been through -- for myself or when with family / friends buying cars. I had no intention of purchasing a car when I walked into John Eagle Honda - just simply to test drive the CR-V. I had my mind set on the CR-V for quite some time. But your knowledge and salesmanship not only convinced me the Accord was the better vehicle for me, but also convinced me that I needed it right then. (The fact that you pulled up the test drive Accord in the Royal Blue Pearl certainly didn't hurt. My favorite color!) Therefore I now own a beautiful 2010 Honda Accord - and I love that car.

Many people I've talked with since purchasing this car have talked of their experiences at dealerships and how long it took and how tedious it was. For me, it was a relatively short time - and hassle-free. Car buying is a big deal but this just seemed like exactly the right thing to do - and much of that was due to you. I thought I would be extremely nervous about making a snap-decision like this - you made it easy. And the entire staff of John Eagle Honda were extremely friendly and helpful.

Thanks again for your great assistance with my purchase. By all means, you can post the pic on your Facebook page (I haven't put it on my yet as I didn't want my family to see that first).

P.S. All my friends and co-workers love the car too.

Great Center

I had a great experience here. My 2009 Honda was in and out of here in no time. Management was awesome and answered every question that I had. i would recommend to everyone. I think they have mad some changes since you other people were there because I had a smooth sail the entire time my Honda was there.

worst service and business

You would be throwing your money away and waste your time if you ever took your car to John Eagle Collision Center in Dallas! Worst service and business I have ever received in my life! Like the other review said, the manager becomes very lazy after I complain their work and all around bad business! They say they will do something and then don't, they don't fix your car properly. And the manager even blackmail me for the fee I never asked to fix. He said that he was going to report this to the credit company. It's just nightmare.
