Dr. Kendkel did a lower face and neck lift for me six months ago. I’m now almost 75, but I have been self conscious about my double chin since my thirties. I finally decided to do something about it. I visited Dr. Kenkel at UT Southwestern. He was very kind and I immediately felt at ease. He offered the option of having a lower face lift as well as the neck procedure. After pondering how’s suggestion for several weeks, I decided to have both procedures.

The first night I was pretty uncomfortable. The bandages were very tight and uncomfortable. However, after I went home, I only needed acetaminophen for my discomfort. I had a series of ultrasound treatments to help the healing process and then I was discharged after six months.

I feel great I still have some numbness around my ears, but Dr. Kenkel assures me that this will dissipate over time. I have had several people tell that I look ten years younger than the last time they saw me. I just smile and say “Thank you!”.
