Jimmy and his staff were responsive, efficient and professional throughout the process of determining the scope of work, proposal and completion of the project. We're proud of our new look: booths and chairs at our Preston/Royal location. We'll be using the team at JDH going forward as well!

They do fast and reliable work. I have used them for multiple jobs and they never disappoint. Jimmy (the owner) is a honest man to work with.

JDH did a superb job of sealing our dining room table. We bought a somewhat unfinsished table from Restoration Hardware six months ago and have yet to eat on it because we didn't want our kids to stain it. RH recommended a product that would seal the table and keep an overall rustic look, however, would need to be applied every couple of years. I did not know all of this until I spoke with the owner directly. He told me about another product that would maintain the rustic look, and last 10 years. I was skeptical, but liked the idea. JDH picked it up from my house on a Friday and we had it back by the following Tuesday. And, it looked better that I had hoped, not to mention I got the best price. Only wish I had done this 6 months ago.

I shopped around and found that JDH had the most competitive prices. The owner is friendly and picked up my loveseat promptly. They did a great job on reupholstering the piece. I plan to use them again in the future.

They did a great job! They did an onsite install for me and they were very professional. Mr. Holloway had some great suggestions and improved on my ideas. The product turned out just the way I envisioned it!

JDH Upholstery is amazing! I shopped Dallas for he best upholsterer regarding quality and price. JDH Upholstery can't be beat! I had 5 dining room chairs, over 100 years old, a sette, 2 living room chairs and a chaise lounge upholstered. The chairs needed work. I added nail heads, tufting and had patterned fabric on some of he items...needless to say it was a lot! JDH Upolstery handled it like a breeze. They offered free pick up and delivery. They saved all the scrap fabric and old fabric that was on the furniture. The staff was very professional and knowledgable and if that's not enough....they did it all in 5 days! I am very pleased and would highly recommend them!!!

I just picked up 2 chairs that were reupholstered. These chairs are 58 years old and were handed down to me. The work was completed in 5 days from drop off to pick up. The price was extremely fair and I am supremely happy with how they turned out.

JDH Upholstery did a fantastic job upholstering my old chase lounge frame. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and gets lots of complements. JDH is efficient, careful and reliable.

JDH was very professional. They helped me pick out fabric and were patient with my decision making (all the fabrics were great -- it was a hard decision). Install and delivery was right on time. Jimmy's a great guy and easy to work with. He cares about making sure his customers are 100% satisfied. I'd use his company again and again.

JDH did a phenomenal job! They exceeded my expectations and were very professional at pick up and delivery. I will absolutely use them again!

JDH did exactly what they said they would do and in a timely manner. I appreciate their work. I simply needed the seats of two booths recovered. I was able to get this done in about 10 days from the time I contacted them. I'll be using them again.

this company is aweful!!!!! dont ever use them, they will rip you off.

JDH Upholstery provided excellent timeliness, service, and quality of work. I had chairs recovered for my office; JDH was very helpful, I was only without the chairs for a few days, and the chairs look beautiful. Definitely delivered what they promised and more!

Do not let James D Holloway touch your furniture. He ruined my piece of furniture! He damaged the frame in 50 places, and never took the old fabric off the furniture, he just covered it up with the new furniture and lied about it! He never changed the pillow stuffing or cushion stuffing. He made new pillows, which didn't even fit the furniture, out of old stuffing! He is a crook! I had to have someone else fix his mess and they could not believe what he did! There is way more to mention that he did wrong. The upholstery job cost me way more in the end!

JDH is a delight to work with, as they do what they say they are going to do and gets it DONE!



I shopped several other booth companies before I decided on JDH, so I had a good idea on what else was out there. James is a straightforward guy, which I really like as there is no nonsense in dealing with these folks.



The booths arrived exactly when promised and they look better than I expected.



I highly recommend JDH and I would use them again.
