Janelle continues to actively participate in the field of Estate Appraisals as a feature writer in several trade publications and maintains and extensive research library.Janelle Stone has 31 years of experience as the sole proprietor of Janelle Stone Estate Services and was a dealer in American and Continental antiques for many years. She is an Accredited member of both the International Society of Appraisers and the North Texas Chapter of the International Society of Appraisers. Her area of expertise is Antiques and Residential Contents. She has been seen on WFAA/Channel 8 in Dallas as an Antique and Estates Expert Guest Commentator. Janelle was recently chosen by a national marketing firm to represent a large client as an expert appraiser for their Appraisal Fair.As a former Editor for Antiques Prime Magazine, Janelle's feature contributions included To Insure or Not to Insure , Evolution of an Estate Sale , and Antiques Worth it or Worthless? . Janelle continues to lecture on such topics as appraisals, antiques and estate sales to groups, and in teaching situations. She offers private client education and antique procurement as well.During an estate sale, Janelle Stone Estate Services accepts payments of cash, checks and major credit cards ( when a phone line is available ) from the buyers.LOCATIONS SERVICEDJanelle Stone Estate Services works mainly in the greater Dallas metroplex, but has also worked in California and other states.
