This is by far the worse tax service you could possibly use. So, I filed my 2010 tax return with Instant Tax Service. I recently enrolled in college again and I was trying to go through the financial aid process. As you know, to receive financial aid you have to submit your 2010 tax returns and W-2. Well, my tax return and W-2 didn't match at all. I have to get this fixed to receive funding for school. I politely contacted Instant Tax Service to ask if they can correct the mistake. I don't want any additional money I just want to go to school. So the Hispanic "manager" supposedly did the amendment for me. I turned it into my school and they stated that it was wrong. An amendment form requires that your submit the wrong info followed by the correct info so that the IRS can fix it. Well she submitted all the wrong info again. So once again I politely called again and asked if she could fix it. It only takes 2 seconds. I was hung up on 3 times by the "manager." By now I'm pissed. I go up there and she calls the police on me because I literally told her "This is your fault. You should fix it!" She didn't want to make a bad impression on the other people that she had waiting in the waiting area, so she called the police. It's sad that they screwed up my taxes and I am in jeopardy of getting put out of school behind a no good tax service! On top of that, there was another lady there who was mad as well because they put the wrong child on her income tax return and now she owes too. BE AWARE!
