Hudson transformed our 2 + 1 cottage into a spectacular 4 + 3 1/2 home that consistently receives praise from friends who stop by. His creativity and attention to detail brought our 1940's one story house into the 21st century by creating an open, highly functional living space while maintaining the classic look of the Park Cities neighborhood.



While the home was under re-construction, he would often stop by, inspect the work, and suggest improvements. As the builder tore into the 60+ year old house, several "surprises" were found that could have busted our budget or resulted in significant delays. Hudson crafted creative solutions to address those issues.
