We love Zaza and would never consider staying anyplace else when in Dallas. They offer lots of special services that we take advantage of.

We stay with them a lot and everyone is always so friendly and remember our names. They go out of their way to make sure we have a great Zaza experience.

When staying in Dallas and wanting to have fun, Hotel ZaZa is the place to go! From the moment you arrive you can tell this hotel knows what's hot in Dallas. The food, cocktails and atmosphere are great. The staff are quick and efficient with any request you have too. I especially like the attention to detail with decor.

Not sure of the names but the woman who checked us in on Thursday afternoon and the woman who checked us out on Friday morning were phenomenal.

This hotel is totally different than the usual hotel stay. I travel quite a bit and was very excited to stay at Hotel ZA ZA, as I had heard wonderful things about it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was really comfortable and just "cool" in every aspect. The decorations in the room and the hotel overall were very unique which is what makes the hotel special. I also love that the room had a white noise fan that really put me out and if there was any noise, I never heard it. The only thing I would caution is the nightlife there is definitely for the younger crowd so if you're thinking you're going to the bar to have a quiet evening its a very hopping and happening place. If you're into that scene then you'll love it.

I know that this hotel is a top-notch hotel and the coolest hotel in Dallas. I never dreamed you would treat a young woman with the "kid glove" treatment received the moment we arrived.

The room we stayed in was classy and gorgeous. We loved it and the huge flat screen that was in it. Nice valet men and women.

Great room, great shower, lovely staff. Waaaaay trendy and silly people roaming the halls at all hours. If you want to be seen, go here. If you want to sleep at night, don't stay on the 4th floor. Very nice breakfast - yummy waffles and chicken sausage and lots of other goodies... Random movies and videos playing in the lobby and hall kept me almost as entertained as the people-watching ;)

This hotel is lovely and we will always stay here when in town if not staying with friends.

We appreciated the bubby (and lit candle) sent for our anniversary very much. Nice touch. Great place. fun and luxurious

It was the king Tut package for my parents Christmas!—they had the time of their lives! The concierge was the greatest at check in ( Hisp.Dark complexion male)!!I would like to thank him for helping making this the trip of a lifetime for my parents THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Hotel Zaza in Dallas is awesome, I mean the place is beautiful. The lobby is spectacular, the staff is kind and friendly and the rooms are spacious and inviting!!! I'm going to come back for years to come. Thanks Hotel Zaza!!!!

I love this hotel, I look forward to coming back every year. I am hoping to spend a lot more time in the coming year now that my national airline just announced they will be flying direct next year.

Simply over the top, it was my daughters 21st birthday and we had 7 guests staying at ZaZa.The experience was exceptional! Thank you to each and everyone we encountered.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The people at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. I will be back when I come back into town.

Matt, Scott, & Tyler were exceptional as was your Dragonfly staff and management. Hats off to all!! Each of you made my parents 40th year anniversary one to remember. They really enjoyed it and it made them very happy, thanks again and keep up the great work.

There was a larger guy who wore a white shirt and had longer hair tied back in a ponytail (worked by the pool/ Sunday brunch) who was so nice and agreed to take several pictures of us both Friday and Saturday. I'm sure they get that a lot but the enthusiasm was appreciated
