Knowing the difference between the low quality and the high quality is difficult. Pictures on the internet are deceiving, while the picture may look good. Once it arrives. It is a thin plastic and not metal. Overseas plastic is not the best.

horrible service and first experience!

I want to explain my horrible experience that I had at home spy on main street in dallas. Friday 18, 2013 I stopped at home spy to look at there products. I was wanting to get a small camera to place inside my car over night because couple of days earlier someone hit my car while I was asleep. I asked about there return policy and they said it would be a 20% restocking fee from the full price of the product. I purchased the item for $90.00 and step out the store. While I was driving I checked on eBay and found the same product for $10.00 so not even 15 minutes from leaving the store I call back saying I was going to have to return the item back because I found a cheaper one. I get a call back less than a minute from hanging up as I'm heading back to home spy saying I am not able to get my money back because they don't have a return policy. That the information that the employee gave me was incorrect; therefore they couldn't return my money. I get to the place and leave the product there and ask to speak to a manager. They said manager is not in today but will give me a call tomorrow. It's been a week an I haven't got a call from anyone nor the owner to resolve the horrible experience I had. I'm a manager of a T-Mobile store and I know about customer service especially if one of my employees gives a customer an incorrect information. It is my duty to resolve the problem even if I have to overwrite something. They even gave me a sloppy receipt in a white copy paper hand written. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!
