I'm heart broken while leaving this review, I called hillside multiple times in regards of getting my dog cremated and asked tons of questions in regards of their services. After getting my dog cremated they've lost my dogs paw prints, nose print and fur sample. This is completely unacceptable. Take your loved ones somewhere else this place simply doesn't care. I had to call back multiple times just for them to tell me they will call me back with an update.

I've trusted them for years. Knowledgable and compassionate. Can't imagine better treatment for your furry family member. Plus, they large staff of great vets and are open 24/7/365.

Very knowledgable and compassionate . Especially good with cats.

Great front desk staff, stellar vets, laid back atmosphere - my dogs love Hillside. They really care about what they do and it shows!

They charged me an extra $75 to do a test on her ears. They did not ask me or tell me that it would be extra. If you are a new customer, watch out!
