I attempted to use Hicks because of all the great reviews I've read. My experience in merely getting someone to answer the phone has been dreadful. After finally getting through to someone I was told that I had an appointment set for today at 8:30 a.m. to look at my roof. No one showed up or picked up the phone. I'm sure they do great work, but customer service and follow through is just as important as the task at hand. I'm now significantly late to work and have a newborn off schedule simply because the company didn't do what they stated they would do. It would be an understatement to say I'm disappointed and completely underwhelmed.
