The chicken is very good, but why is there always one person who gives the business a bad image, because they lack the customer service needed when dealing with people? They have a person who takes phone orders in a very rude manner and that speaks very rudely to their walk-in customers. Please provide training at that location because that person has to realize that they work for a company that is selling a delicious product for profit and stop acting like Henderson is just doing everyone a favor.
