Customer service representative @ number 214-828-5695(Asian accent) is rude and not helpful. Also refused me the opportunity to speak to a supervisor. A representative name Cindy, a clerk was given my call instead of a supervisor a bit more helpful but just as rude and also refusing me the opportunity to speak to supervisor. I find it had to believe that the entire customer service department operates without a supervisor. They knew they were being rude and didn't want me to file a complaint.

CIP PARKING RIPS OFF HANDICAPPED! This bldg. has MANDATORY valet, but handicapped is supposed to be free. CIP deliberately provides inadequate facilities (6-8 spots for entire medical tower) which will all be full, then forces handicapped to pay for valet. Very shady.
