Very unpleasant and unfriendly, the workers expect you to do the legwork for things that are clearly in their job description, they speak to you in a very condescending manner. This is what to expect when dealing with this office, made to feel like a peaseant who shouldn't be asking for assistance. Would give no stars if that was an option, vs. One star
