Provided by YP.comThey are awful to deal with. I got spammed after giving them my email address, which they claimed was just for notifying me about my portraits being ready. They go to the Arboretum and take hundreds of photographs and refuse to deal individually with any of the people who purchase the photographs later on. I have talked to the Arboretum about using a different photography company, something I wish they would consider. Haynsworth is just awful. I have no choice but to review them here, because when I've tried to call their business to discuss these problems, they just hang up.
Mrs.Martina, you have my attention. I am so sorry about your negative impression with us. Please call me if you would and talk with me about these problems so that I can handle them fast. If it is true that someone on my staff hung up on you I take that very seriously and any information you can give me in regards to whom you spoke with would be helpful. Also, if you pull up any of the emails that our company sent you there is an unsubscribe option that will take you permanently off that list- or you can send me your email address and I will remove it personally. Again I hate to hear about your experiences with us and I offer you no excuses but only a pledge to hear what you have to say and make things better.
